Our client is a successful manufacturer specialising in security screen systems and complimentary products. They are currently seeking an experienced Plasma Machine Operator to join them on upcoming projects in Sunnybank Hills!

This role is on-going Monday to Friday at this stage with shifts times to be 11 AM - 19:30PM prox.

Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:

• Conduct routine checks, start ups and pre checks
• Setting up and preparing the plasma cutting equipment
• Quality assurance of products; temperature and size checks
• Move product in and out of the machine and warehouse
• Ensure machine is operating smoothly and efficiently
• Cutting, Drilling and Scribing
• Cropping and punching
• Read drawings and align dimensions

The successful candidate will:

• Previous Plasma/ Guillotine experience
• High level of attention to detail.
• Accurate use of a tape measure.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Car and forklift license
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Overtime as required.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Can do attitude/ customer focused.
