Who we are.

Richard Chandler and Marc Rawnsley started the agency in Melbourne in 1991, staffing manufacturing, transport, logistics and food businesses. We now work with more than 600 employers from offices in four states.

Most of our work is casual labour hire for sites that run on shifts, plus permanent recruitment when a role needs to stay filled.

How we work on your site.

  1. We run your inductions

    Workers arrive having been through your site induction, so your supervisors aren’t starting from scratch at 6am.

  2. We send ticketed people

    Forklift licences and other tickets are in place before anyone is booked onto a role that needs them.

  3. We visit

    Our consultants check in on our workers in person, including at farms and factories four hours out of town.

  4. We answer the phone

    Someone picks up 24 hours a day, so a shift that falls over at 4am gets covered instead of sitting in a voicemail.
