How we keep your site compliant.

Australian medicine manufacturers must hold a TGA licence under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and comply with the PIC/S Guide to GMP. We place people who understand that every step is performed, and recorded, exactly as written.

Batch records must be attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original and accurate, the principles known as ALCOA+. For sterile work in Grade A to D cleanrooms, we screen for gowning discipline and attention to detail.

We’re a licensed provider under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic), and production, packing and warehouse workers are paid to the Pharmaceutical Industry Award 2020.

What is GMP, and why does it matter for temporary staff?

Good Manufacturing Practice is the set of quality rules that makes sure medicines are consistently safe and effective. Every person on site, permanent or temporary, must follow procedures and record their work accurately, so we brief all staff on GMP basics before placement.

Do pharmaceutical workers need a police check?

It depends on the site. Many pharmaceutical manufacturers ask for a national police check, especially where staff handle scheduled medicines. We can arrange checks before placement where a site requires them.

Which award covers pharmaceutical production workers?

Most production, packing and warehouse roles in pharmaceutical manufacturing fall under the Pharmaceutical Industry Award 2020. We pay to the award classification for each role, including shift penalties, overtime and casual loading.

Can you supply cleanroom-experienced operators?

Yes. We screen candidates for cleanroom and gowning experience and match them to the grade of work on your site. Site-specific gowning qualification is then completed by the host employer.
