What are the rates and pricing for casual labour hire?

Casual loading at 25%, Superannuation at 10%, and Payroll tax at 4.85% + Mental health & Wellbeing surcharge. Work Cover depends on the candidate's industry award rates. There will also be a small placement fee for Chandler Personnel services. This is charged per hour that the candidate works and you will receive a bill at the end of each week for all employee hours. We handle rostering, candidate’s payroll, and all of the associated fees.

Depends on the position and difficulty to find the role. For successful permanent placements, our fee is a percentage of the annual base salary.

Where is your office located?

Level 9/10 Queen St, Melbourne VIC 3000. We also have offices in Springvale and interstate.

What time are your office hours?

Our office hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM from Monday-Friday. If you need to contact us after office hours, please call the number below

Are the staff vaccinated?

Do I need to provide PPE?

Our candidates are required to wear work-appropriate clothing and own a high-vis vest and safety boots. However, we do not provide disposable items such as hairnets and gloves.

Can I request the same member of staff to work for us?

We understand that you may need to induct staff, and therefore it is essential to keep rosters consistent. We can offer this consistency as long as we have enough notice. / if you order consistently.

How do we record the staff hours?

We have developed a mobile app that allows our candidates to clock in and out; they can only do this if they are within a km radius of your site to avoid accidental clock in. We then provide you with a summary of all the staff hours for your approval.

Yes, we have a temp to perm and perm placement service that can be discussed with your consultant should you want to take a casual.

What is a risk assessment?

A risk assessment is a quick site walk arrowed to ensure that our staff are safe while on site. We do not report these risks assessments to any governing body, and these are strictly confidential unless a claim is made or a request has been submitted by Work safe to us regarding your facility.

What is casual loading?

If you are unhappy with the work provided by one of our employees, you can ask us to swap them out.

How much notice do you need when I book staff?

Our standard notice period is 24 hours, but we understand the nature of blue-collar work and will always try our best to fill shifts for asap starts.

Our standard terms are seven days.

How do we pay the staff?

You don’t process the pay for the staff. You pay a single invoice at the end of each week, then we handle the rest.

Do you offer perm placements?
