About the Role

You'll become part of a skilled maintenance team responsible for keeping a modern FMCG manufacturing facility operating safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to electrical breakdowns
• Fault finding across PLC-controlled equipment
• Maintaining motors, VSDs, sensors and automated production equipment
• Preventative and corrective maintenance
• Managing work orders using a CMMS (MaintainX experience highly regarded)
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with mechanical fitters and production teams
• Maintaining the highest safety and quality standards

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• A current Australian A-Grade Electrical Licence
• At least two years' Australian industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
• Experience working on automated manufacturing equipment
• FMCG or food manufacturing experience (highly regarded)
• A proactive, safety-first attitude
• A willingness to relocate to Cooma, NSW

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a current Australian A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Be currently living in Australia
• Have previous Australian industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
• Be legally entitled to work full-time in Australia
