We're currently looking for experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a large-scale food and FMCG distribution operation based in Yennora, Western Sydney. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity within a modern multi-temperature warehouse environment supporting the storage, handling, and national distribution of chilled, frozen, and ambient food products supplied to major supermarket, retail, and foodservice networks across Australia.

What you'll be doing

• High reach and counterbalance forklift operations (replenishment, picking, put away)
• Safe loading and unloading of inbound/outbound trucks
• Working across ambient, chilled, and frozen storage areas
• RF scanning and general warehouse duties as required
• Following strict food safety, quality, and OH&S procedures

What we're looking for

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Proven high reach forklift experience (essential)
• Minimum 1 year high reach experience required
• Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or fast-paced warehousing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and strong team player
• Comfortable working in cold storage environments
• Must have prior experience working in cold storage or freezer environments
• Full Australian working rights
