While completing a Certificate III in Business, you'll build practical skills in administration, compliance, and stakeholder communication, all within a supportive team committed to helping you succeed.

Key role requirements:

  • Maintaining and updating compliance records for subcontractors, trucks and drivers
  • Monitoring licences, insurances, inductions, and safety documentation to ensure records remain current
  • Communicating with subcontractors to request, verify, and follow up on compliance documentation
  • Supporting the transport Compliance team by ensuring trucks meet all compliance requirements before being allocated to projects
  • Assisting with inbound and outbound phone enquiries relating to contractor and vehicle compliance
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal databases and compliance management systems
  • Learning about transport regulations, RIW, 3D Safety, insurance, and other site-specific compliance requirements to ensure contractors are project-ready
  • Supporting the wider operations team & working closely with the Operations and Allocations teams to support safe, efficient, and compliant transport operations in a fast-paced office environment

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

What You Should Have:

  • Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must hold a valid Australian driver's licence and be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Must be willing and eligible to enroll in and complete a Certificate III in Business online
  • Professional phone manner with the ability to build rapport with clients and subcontractors
  • Competent computer literacy and solid attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to reliability, accuracy, and teamwork
  • A positive, can-do attitude we want someone who grows with us
