Juggling a forklift ticket, a white card and a driving licence across different renewal dates is easy to lose track of. This free licence and ticket tracker template gives you one private Excel file that flags what is coming up for renewal before it lapses.
Built for your own use, not for sharing as proof
This is a private planning tool. An employer or host site will still verify your actual licence and brief you for the task, so keep the tracker for your own renewal timing rather than treating it as evidence on its own.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does expiry date alone tell me if I am ready for a task?
No. A valid licence is one part of being ready. The site or employer still checks the credential and briefs you on the specific task.
Should I store my licence number in this file?
Keep that information with you instead. The tracker only needs the credential name, dates and your own notes.
How far ahead should I start renewing?
Set your own lead time per credential. Many workers start 30 to 60 days ahead, but check the issuing authority for processing times.
Can I use this for more than one state’s licences?
Yes, add the issuer and class for each one so you can tell them apart at a glance.
Stay Ahead of Every Renewal Date
Download the tracker and keep it updated between placements, then browse current jobs when you are ready for the next one.
