Is there really no software fee?
There is no software subscription fee for eligible employers. The platform is included as part of a Chandler labour-supply partnership, and labour supplied by Chandler is charged at agreed rates.
Who is eligible?
Employers who use casual or agency labour across one or more sites, and who are open to Chandler becoming one of their approved labour suppliers. Tell us about your sites and workforce and we’ll confirm whether the partnership fits.
Do we have to use Chandler for all our labour?
No. Chandler is added alongside your existing agencies, and you give us the opportunity to fill agreed staffing gaps. Your own employees and other agencies’ workers stay on the roster as they are.
Can we roster our own employees and other agencies’ workers?
Yes. That’s the point of the platform: your employees, your agency workers and Chandler cover on one roster, so you can see every site and shift in one place.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how many sites and workers you have. Once eligibility and terms are agreed, we help you set up your sites and bring your workforce into the platform.
