Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planting and harvesting activities
• General farm and nursery work
• Labeling, pruning, staking, fertilizing, and weeding plants

‍

Hours:

• Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Occasional weekend work may be required

Pay Rate:

• $30 per hour + super

‍

Skills and Experience Required:

• Own transport is a must
• Basic knowledge of plant care and horticulture practices
• Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Team player with a positive and reliable attitude
• Comfortable with basic math for measuring and calculating
• Resilient and adaptable to weather changes and seasonal demands
• Safety-conscious and environmentally aware
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays as     needed
