Food Production Workers – Broadmeadows | Early Morning Shifts

We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking individuals for ongoing food production roles across multiple early-morning shifts. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for consistent work with great rates, we want to hear from you!

🔹 Shift Times & Pay Rates

• 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM | $35/hr
• 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM | $35/hr
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $31/hr
• Weekend shifts available (penalty rates apply)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery on production lines
• Labelling and packing food products
• Unpacking and de-boxing materials
• Quality assurance and visual inspections
• Maintaining food hygiene and OH&S standards
• Manual handling and repetitive tasks

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production
• A strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Proven reliability and consistent attendance
• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
• Own reliable transport
• Safety (steel-cap) boots required
