About the Role

A fantastic opportunity for an Office and Administration Assistant to join the team.

The ideal administration support officer will:

  • Be able to work at a professional executive level
  • Have previous experience using MS  software
  • Be well-presented and have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide effective administration and operational support, including:
  • Answering and distributing all phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
  • Controlling office equipment and inventory including brochures, stationary,  and general supplies
  • Assisting other departments with local administrative needs
  • Maintaining customer database systems
  • Meeting KPI's including completing tasks on time, complying with company policies, and adhering to the agreed work plan
  • Location: Mulgrave
  • Time: 9am - 5pm
  • Pay rate: $33
